As a Ad Operations Manager, you will take a major part in our monetization activity, working closely with multiple teams. Creating and optimizing new campaigns, analyzing ads data and pushing to improve monetization results.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the setup, day-to-day operation and optimization of online video advertising campaigns, with the goal of achieving monetization KPIs
  • Managing the operation within multiple advertising platforms
  • Define A/B testing experiments and lead ongoing performance optimization
  • Responsible for the technical aspects of advertiser’s integrations 
  • Create new workflows to improve efficiency and revenue
  • Monitor all campaigns for both delivery and performance; provide recommendations for optimizations.
  • Troubleshoot and provide technical support to advertisers, and effectively escalate issues internally

Requirements

  • 1-2 years experience as an Ad Operations / Campaign Manager (Video & Display)  
  • Strong analytical skills using MS Excel and BI tools. Ability to manage and analyze large sets of data coming in from multiple sources and streams     
  • Highly organized, responsible, and detail-oriented  
  • Entrepreneurial spirit – willingness to be an active part of a rapidly evolving start-up
  • Fluent or native English 
  • People lover and fun to work with!
  • BA/BSc in Economics, Management, Industrial Engineering, etc. – an advantage
