Junior Ad Operation

We are looking for a Junior Ad Operations Ninja to join our fast-growing video AI startup.

As a Junior Ad Operations, you will be a crucial part of our monetization activity, working closely with multiple teams, creating and optimizing new campaigns, analyzing advertising data sets in order to improve the monetization results and support the ad operation processes.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the setup, day-to-day operation and optimization of online video advertising campaigns, with the goal of achieving monetization KPIs
  • Managing the operation within multiple advertising platforms
  • Define A/B testing experiments and lead ongoing performance optimization
  • Responsible for the technical aspects of advertiser’s integrations 
  • Create new workflows to improve efficiency and revenue

Requirements

  • A student for BA/BSc Economics, Management, Industrial Engineering, etc. – an advantage
  • Strong analytical skills using MS Excel and BI tools. Ability to manage and analyze large sets of data coming in from multiple sources and streams     
  • Highly organized, responsible, and detail-oriented  
  • Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently
  • Entrepreneurial spirit – willingness to be an active part of a rapidly evolving start-up
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a high level of written & verbal communication skills
  • Part time job, at least 50% 
  • Fluent or native English – MUST
