We are looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative to join our fast-growing Sales department, to build, manage and develop our sales pipeline.

Responsibilities

  • Represent our company’s products and services, starting with a comprehensive understanding and leading to consumer research to identify how our solutions meet needs
  • Build measurable, optimized leads and schedule meetings
  • Track and be accountable for overall team productivity
  • Analyze and report on key metrics and forecasts 
  • Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding new potential sales outlets
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage sales executives for next steps
  • Identify best practices to refine the company’s lead generation playbook

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of sales experience, with a history of exceeding lead targets
  • Prior experience as a sales development rep with a track record of achieving sales quotes
  • Strong communication skills via phone and email
  • Proven experience in a role such as SDR, BDR, ADR, Inside Sales or similar
  • Strong desire and ability to move up within a sales organization
  • Proficiency with HubSpot 
  • Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills
  • Bachelor’s degree or at least 5 years of relevant work experience
