Monetization Manager


  • Establish and maintain strong advertiser client relationships through regular close contact including regular face-to-face meetings, phone, and email communications
  • Responsible for the setup, day-to-day operation, and optimization of online video advertising campaigns, with the goal of achieving monetization KPI’
  • Define A/B testing experiments and lead ongoing performance optimization
  • Responsible for the technical aspects of advertiser’s integrations 
  • Identify new demand opportunities and integrate them into Minutes products
  • Create new workflows to improve efficiency and revenue


  • At least 2 years of experience in online (programmatic) advertising
  • Experience in direct communication with demand partners (SSP’s, DSP’s, Direct brands)
  • Strong interpersonal skills and high level written & verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to details 
  • Strong analytical skills using MS Excel and BI tools. Ability to manage and analyze large sets of data coming in from multiple sources and streams      
  • Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently
  • Knowledge of online marketing, advertising terms, concepts and brand communication in digital  media
  • Entrepreneurial spirit – willingness to be an active part of a rapidly evolving start-up
  • Fluent or native English – A must, other languages are an advantage
