Sales Development Representative

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at, you will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities through outbound sales activities.

You will work closely with the sales team to target, engage, and qualify potential customers. You will also be responsible for creating and maintaining a pipeline of qualified leads to support the company’s growth objectives.


  • Research and identify potential customers and decision-makers (different positions) within targeted companies
  • Use outbound sales techniques, including cold calling and emailing, to generate new business opportunities
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of’s products and services
  • Qualify leads by asking questions and assessing their needs
  • Work closely with the sales team to hand off qualified leads for further follow-up
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all activities and customer interactions in the company’s CRM system
  • Measure and analyze the sales funnel to identify areas for improvement and optimize conversion rates
  • Continuously learn and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices


  • 2+ years of experience as a SDR, BDR, ADR Inside Sales or similar
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets and objectives
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems, such as HubSpot
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred
